Redesign and rebuild the Helpfull website on Webflow to clearly communicate its value, create efficient user journeys for different customer segments, and build a scalable foundation for content and growth.

Analysis identified two main user groups: professionals needing fast validation and researchers requiring robust sampling. The site needed to serve both by demonstrating tangible platform outputs and simplifying complex features like audience targeting.

The site structure was organized around user goals, mapping clear paths for visitors wanting to test an item immediately, explore use cases, or research platform capabilities. A modular layout was planned to blend education, social proof, and conversion.
